Firstly,Professional QC team include IPQC,QC,OQC etc.

At present, we have more than 15 qualified QC staff. The QC is based on our ISO 9001:2000 registered Program. All QC procedures are integrally tied to this program.

The QC starts at incoming material inspection, and continues through to finished goods/shipping of the product.

1) Each component is approved by our R&D engineer before we purchasing and we have IPQC to inspect material coming before into our warehouse.

2)We have QC for production line to monitor each production step, perform production by production instruction made by our PIE department.

3)There are more than 4 times testing in whole production procedure, testing content include:

*electronics character testing.

*appearance testing.

*Mechanical structure testing.

*Aging test.

5)Packing inspection before we deliver goods include shipping mark,GW/CTN,NW/CTN etc.
